At Carter and Holmes Orchids, we take pride in the quality of our plants and supplies; if you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Due to the perishable nature of live orchids, we offer replacements or store credit for items that arrive damaged or do not meet our rigorous quality standards.

Return Process

    Carefully unpack your orchids immediately upon arrival and inspect the foliage, roots, and blooms for any signs of transit damage or distress.

    Take clear photographs of the plant and the shipping box if there is visible damage, as these are required for us to process your claim with the carrier.

    Contact Customer Service

    Email our team or call our greenhouse within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue and provide your order number and supporting photos.

    Our orchid experts will review your case to provide a solution, which may include a replacement plant, a professional care consultation, or a store credit.
